I began Life Coaching in 2011. I served adults on the disability spectrum through Life Purpose, Life Balance, Career, and Job Coaching. I also provided Career and Life Purpose coaching to young adults outside of the disability space.

In 2024, I began Health Coaching for a major US wellness services provider (and am currently employed as a Health Coach) after seeing tremendous value in this service through my own experience with having a coach. I wanted this amazing resource to be more widely available.

So this website is me doing me part to spread Health and Wellness Coaching throughout my community and make it more accessible to people who might not have it otherwise. Blessings to you and thanks for being here 🙏🏽.
